Andrew was very professional, we couldn't see the smile on his face because of his mask, but we could hear it in his voice. He was very personable when explaining the issue and price. Went straight to work and the job was done the same day! Thanks again for the great work!

We were very pleased with Kelly's sales and service team. We found them to be professional and courteous. The service/install team of José and Robert did a phenomenal job and took pride in their work. We purchased 2 complete systems and the finished installation was absolutely top notch. We ended up going with Carrier equipment because of the extreme efficiency of 26 SEER and the most quiet condensing units. You literally have to walk up to the units to see if they're on because they are that quiet. Also we found the system routinely goes in into a dehunidifying function which seems to make the air more comfortable inbetween cooling cycles. I would recommend this top of the line system to anyone interested in next generation efficiency. We look forward to reduced energy bills this summer when these units are hard at work during the intense Houston heat.

My aunt and uncle live in Houston and their air-conditioner broke so they asked me to help them find a repair company using the Google lol. So after searching "the Google" I came across Kelly's, and I'm so happy I found them. I appreciate that they aren't a big brand mainstream company that rushes through jobs and makes you feel like you're just one appointment they have to get through. They have a lot of experience and were very personal and personable with my family and really took their time showing and explaining the problem. Both Mr. Raz and his assistant were very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. Raz explained everything first and informed me of the price before doing the work. My AC required Freon and a new capacitor (fancy word for fuse). My AC now blows very cold air. I am greatful for their thorough, quick and affordable service. I’d definitely reuse them for future maintenance any time.

Raz is the man. One of my AC units stopped working because the last company I had come out, did not correct the issue. Well, my experience with Kellys was awesome. From scheduling service with the young lady Hila to the actual technicians coming out to my house. Nothing short of the best! Raz knows his stuff. If you are having issues with your AC unit or cannot find an actual good company, GIVE KELLYS A CALL!!! They even installed a UV lamp after cleaning my duct work, they always go the extra mile.
