My repair was under warranty so it was free. They were polite and efficient. I gave them 4 stars because I had to wait a few days for the part to come in. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Have had 2 technicians in a time span of 2 months both replaced my thermostat . I had the last technician out Friday around 12:30pm by 5pm I noticed the temperature only dropped 2 degrees I called and spoke to a “dispatcher “ who stated the technician would call me in 15 mins. Not only did I never get a call back but I went all night with no air conditioner now it’s saturday and I still can’t get through to anyone highly disappointed not sure why the website states 24 hours this is very frustrating I do expect a call from a manager not a dispatcher or customer service representative!

The initial visit did not resolve the issue as the repair tech advised he replaced parts only for my hot water heater to go back out the same day. After requesting service again, the same tech came out and advised me that he did not replace parts as he’d advised on the first visit and would be replacing parts this time. Because of his dishonesty we were inconvenienced for an additional day. The final repairs resolved the issue and there hasn’t been any more problems at this time.

The service was exceptional. Technician was very prompt and professional . He quicky found the problem and was able to get it resolved. I am very pleased with the service provided.

I lease a home and Geo Contractors was sent by my property management company to repair my air conditioning that went out of the 4th of July. The team is so awesome .. from the lady who called to set up my repair appointment for the same day, to Edwin that struggled for 3 1/2 hours by himself in my hot attic, to the other tech that came to Edwin's rescue after he was up in the attic that long and appeared to be getting sick from the heat. Edwin worked tirelessly, drenched in sweat. The upstairs thermostat was registering at 94 degrees, so I know that attic was like you would imagine hell to be. He would stay up there for such long periods of time, we had to call out to him to make sure he was all right. They finished up around 8:30 last night in time to have the house cool down before we went to sleep. I am so grateful for Edwin's kindness and experienced service. We sincerely thank you.

Technician was on time, professional, and friendly. He had the part he needed on hand (it was a common component) and took pictures to show his work. I’m very satisfied.

I’ve used Geo for many years now and for multiple houses. They are honest, fair and responsive. If they don’t get it right the first time, they will make it right. I trust them to give me the right solution.

I had issues the day before with my AC not working properly they came out the next day as they schedule and took care of the problem did a great job air blowing cold as ever....
