G&B Heating and Cooling

I have used G&B Heating and Cooling for years. I have found all of the service people to be professional and polite and on time, including Festus, my most recent technician. They never pressure you to do something but explain their recommendations thoroughly. Will hire them again.

Zack arrived sooner than I thought which allowed me to get to work sooner. He was competent, quick, identified the problem within minutes and was done in less than 60 minutes from A to Z. Didn't charge me for anything other than the part and the service call. Proudly recommended!!

Called with a broken AC unit and in less than two hours Noel and Zack came to the rescue. Very professional and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain to us how to better care for our units. Highly recommended.

Zack arrived when he said he would and got right to work. My air conditioner was not cooling.He found that it needed freon which he added and then cleaned the inside of the unit with a hose.I was very impressed with the service.Would highly recommend.

Quoted me $39.99 verbally to install a thermostat, said it would be $170.00 when they arrived to the house after waiting days for my appointment. A huge difference!!! They made no attempt to take accountability for their mistake or compromise their price. Thermostat is not installed. Poor customer service.

These guys serviced my heat pump. The technician who showed up was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything he did and answered all of my questions . He was done at the expected time and cleaned up his mess. I will highly recommend them.

This is not a provider but rather a call center that puts you in touch with local technicians. To get service in a timely manner they informed me I needed to pay an extra fee and sign up for the “premium home service”. It is a scam and extremely difficult to remove from automatic renewal. I strongly advise you find a different option.
