G&B Heating and Cooling

Our 20+ year old air conditioner died in early June. I found G&B Heating and Cooling online and was impressed by the very positive reviews and the informative website complete with prices. We had 3 estimates from different companies. G&B was the best. The installation was done quickly and neatly just before a hot, humid weekend. God bless you.

Our experience with G&B Heating and Cooling has been excellent on all counts. In addition to installing our replacement geothermal system, they made sure we got the guarantee benefits we were entitled to from the manufacturer. We enrolled in a maintenance plan with them and they have been superb in following through with the twice a year maintenance visits, always. As a result, our geothermal unit functions as it is supposed to. Couldn’t be happier!

Zack was professional at meticulously identifying the issues with my AC system. He is very knowledgeable and expedient when explaining my repair options and what to expect. Henry did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our furnace. I called in the morning and G&B Heating and Cooling was able to fit us into his schedule the same afternoon. He was here for about an hour and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, fixed our issue and got the heat back on. Highly recommended.

Zack came by to do routine maintenance on our AC unit Monday last week. He was very detailed in explaining every step of the process and also gave me a very detailed invoice which I never had with the other companies. Henry came to do a whole system air duct cleaning and did an amazing job. He took pictures and updated me throughout the service and explained ways to maintain and help keep my system clean. He is very knowledgeable. I am glad I called them. Highly recommend them.

I really appreciated the text with Zack's photo that I received prior to his arrival. The service was quick, efficient and professional. Zack also went out of his way to label all the shut off valves for the system and threw in one for the ice maker that was totally unrelated, but very helpful. Thank you G&B Heating and Cooling.

I love that you can call G&B Heating and Cooling at any time of day and speak to a real person. They have always sent someone out to us same day. All the HVAC techs have been really professional and knowledgeable. I like that they are upfront about costs as well.
