This is the most crooked and incompetent ac service company I have ever experienced. They called and offered to check my ac for $49. I was told that $49 did not include cleaning the leaves out of the condenser pan, but for $69 they would include that service. The serviceman told me the evaporator coil was leaking and it was no longer covered under the warranty. It would cost $3500 to replace the coil. After he left I found he had not cleaned the condenser pan. I called Air Flow and was told that I would receive a refund for the work they didn't complete. I never did receive the refund. When I cleaned out the pan I found a broken wire going to the compressor. I called another serviceman and he explained that the wire was part of the compressor load reduction circuit and without the connection the compressor would always run in the low or 65% mode. The pressures would reflect the load reduction mode. He replaced the component that had the broken wire and the AC was returned to normal operation with normal pressures and amperage . A check of the evaporator coil disclosed no leaks. A check with the manufacturer found that the evaporator coil, if faulty . was still under warranty. The office staff and service personnel at Air Flow are totally incompetent and very willing to lie to their customers.

This is absolutely the best air conditioning and heating company around! Ive tried sevaral other companies in the past and always had problems. I contacted airflow as a last resort when they were referred by a friend. I see now why they were referred. The representative whom answered my calls when i needed to reschedule, repeatedly went above and beyond to answer all my questions in regards to the installation of my new unit. She returned my calls in a very timely and respectfull manner every time. Taking the time to ensure all my needs were met. The technician who entered my home was a gentleman named Charles who was very outgoing and respectfull with both my husband and i. Him and my husband were talking back and forth like they had known eachother for years even though they just met. He was extremley knowledgeable in his field and all the major and minor details were covered and explained in full with no questions lingering in our minds. We were on a very limited schedule and made it very clear. Charles arrived at the precise time we arranged and he said he would. And worked nonstop and and reliably got the job done on time with no problems since. An additional phone representative, even gave us,a follow up call about a week later to ensure everything was still working and functioning properly with no problems and making sure all our needs were met. We were told when we first called " Air Flow is always here for our customers ". That was no lie. They certainly are! I will never call another company and will recommend Airflow to anyone!

This was the rudest and worst service person We have ever dealt with. He was sent to us through Choice home warranty and lied to my husband saying what was wrong was not covered by Choice. We notified Choice and they sent another Ac person who fixed the problem and told us what Charles- the owner said was not true. I called Charles to ask him why he lied to us . He cussed me out so bad you would not believe it. I did threaten him to take legal action as I was so angry that a service person in your home could be this disgusting. This business needs to be closed and he needs some psych help.

I recently used Airflow to do my yearly maintenence on my AC. I have to say it was THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY HOME FOR 19 YRS!!
The service tech never said anything polite. When I arrived home, after he had been there for about 30 minutes, he explained to my husband that my unit is "overheating due to the fact that my freon was 3/4 low". He GAVE me and estimate of $350-400 to charge the unit with freon and he said I have a leak and in order to detect it and repair, that would b an additional charge. I explained that this was only a maintenence required by my warranty coverage. He told me, that the warranty coverage would probably not replace the freon and that due to the age of my unit I was "losing money every day". I was a little perturbed that he wasn't positive to say, hey, call your warranty co and if they don't cover it then call me. But he gave me that nasty look and said, ok fine, I'll go get my paper work were done here!
WARRANTY CO came 2 days later....and GUESS WHAT???? !!! Not only did they fill it with freon but it was only down by 2lbs!!!! THAT GUY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME AND TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!!! Shame on you, AIRFLOW!!!
YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CALL FROM ME AND I'LL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD!!!

i usually don't write reviews about companies but i had to about this one. forst off ill say that earlier this summer my A/C stopped cooling and i called another company and all he did was put Freon in it. when i asked to find the leak he gave me some BS excuse. so when i needed a quote to replace my 22 system with 410A i called these guys for a free quote. the owner Charles showed up and in less than an hour found the leak that the other company said couldn't find. he gave me the quote on a Tuesday and was back on that Thursday to change my system to 410A. it was a 2 day job since they blow in insulation duct work also. the first day they did the a/c system and duct work and i gave them the money even though the job wasn't done. i was a little worried that they would not come the next day and put my job on the bottom of the list since i paid them but that did not happen. they came back the next day when they said they would and did the job. Everything that was quoted was done and now i had to go from 77 degrees to 79 because 77 and 78 degrees were freezing our toes! and the price? well i'm not going to tell you what i paid because i know different stuff is different prices but i will tell you 2 things, 1 i told everyone who owns a house what they were charging me and they couldn't believe it and my mother in-law told my wife that she didn't believe us and to make sure we got it in writing. and 2nd ill just say it like this... SHOW ME THE MONEY. The one thing i liked the most about this company, besides the price, was that i met 3 of his workers and they were very professional and after talking to them they loved their job and talked highly about the company. I am in no way affiliated with this company in any way i am simply a customer who is very happy and cold.

Charles thank you for making an expensive and painful job easy and affordable. you deserve alot of business and im looking forward to dealing with you again for the twice a year check ups on the system.

I’m not the type to post a review about any sort of business but I had to after the experience I had. They greeted me with a smile and the whole thing was overall an enjoyable experience. All my questions were answered and my problems were solved. Lovely Company.
