I have worked with this company for years. James is always is there to help when needed. He does a wonderful job and always makes the job a priority. I appreciate him fixing my company AC on a Saturday on short notice so we could stay open for business!!!

As many have mentioned, Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to respond to my call on a Saturday morning and quick to arrive. Jimmy identified my A/C issue quickly, went to get a part and had my home cooling within the hour. Jimmy was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Tempco’s $70 service fee was competitive and we’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Jimmy came out right away and not only fixed our AC problem the same day but explained to us what was going on. Currently sitting in the comfort of our cooled off home gladly typing this review. This is who you should definitely use if you are having any HVAC problems. This guy knows his stuff!

Jimmy is the BEST contractor we worked with in our complete home renovation. The man is genuinely interested in getting your HVAC system right, I’d even say he’s an HVAC wizard - he can think of creative solutions that only an experienced professional would know, and that solution will also be effective and reasonably priced. He stepped in to diagnose a problem we had with our poorly installed new system and was tireless in his efforts to help us get to a workable solution. He’s an honest and dedicated professional who knows *everything* about AC - from central systems to mini splits to residential and commercial. He’ll be our HVAC guy for life. Just call him - you’ll see.

He overcharged us on heater replacement valve. A $200 job costed $700 plus $100 false diagnostic the day before so $800 total, not to mention that he gave no estimate whatsoever before he even starts the job. He took advantage of our mother because she was not speaking English. He charged $380 just for the part alone and he took back the old one when we had told him to leave the old part at the house. He took the old valve with him on purpose, so we couldn't find the true cost of the valve. Once I confronted him and send me a picture, I found out that the actual part was between $60-$90. He up the price by over 300% just on the part. Jimmy is a very dishonest person and very unprofessional. Be aware people and give your hard-working money to someone that deserves it instead of him that is taking advantage of elder people! We trusted him and I hope you don't make the same mistake we did.

Loved it from the start. Out of the multiple companies I tried contacting tonight after 9pm, Tempco did not disappoint. It was over 85 degrees in my house and my wife and kids were not very happy. I made the calls and Andrew O'Donnell with Tempco called me back. He was very kind and fixed our A/C problem. I highly recommend Tempco. Thank you so much for bringing comfort to our home this evening. It is now officially 72 degrees in my house. AWESOME Company, Great Price, Friendly and efficient service.

Got a call from the wife telling me that the downstairs A/C unit wasn't working. @#$$%^@!!!

I got home around 6:30pm and checked the breaker box to make sure nothing was tripped. Called up Tempco and got a call back from the boss, Mr Jackson himself in less 30 minutes. He told me his technician was tied up so he would come out himself and look into it. He came out and spent over an hour troubleshooting the issue. It turned out to be a freaking switch that supplied power to the blower - go figure. It was a simple fix, but it took awhile to track down. He was very professional. It was freaking hot as hell in the attic, but he went up there to track down the problem. The service was excellent and the price extremely reasonable for coming out at last the minute.

Tempco replaced a coil in my unit in 2003 and that thing is still running! I love these guys. They'll be getting my business again.

Tempco is amazing. This is the Most honest and trustworthy A/C Company We've ever met. Not only were they nice, their quality of work is outstanding. Talk about life savers! Our heater went out during one of the crazy Houston weather days where it decided to be below 40 degrees and Tempco came to the rescue! I called at 7PM and they were at my home at 9:00PM, we were warm by 9:45! Quick house calls, low prices, great service! Thank you!
