Shannon was recommended to me by a person that works in wholesale a/c supply. What a great recommendation that was! Called on Friday morning and by early afternoon he was on the job. Very friendly and prompt service. Took him less than an hour to find the leak on my a/c system and fixed it just as quick. The charge for this service was more than reasonable. The next time anyone asks me who I recommend for a/c service, now I have an answer!

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from Shannon. Not only was he at my house within a couple hours of reporting I had no cool air. Concerned with temperatures of triple digits, he went the extra mile to get the new motor installed, even after regular hours. I highly recommend Shannon and his company.

There are many HVAC companies out there, and claim to be able to get the job done! Prestige is actually the one that the does what they say, not only did they come on short notice several times but they also traced and fixed the problem caused by the last "AC Guy" but did it quickly, efficiently, and saved us $$$. From this point forward, Prestige is the only one that I will use and recommend! A+++

Shannon is absolutely AMAZING! Highly recommend them to anybody and everybody. He has had to come out 3 times now (not his fault) and every time he explains everything that is wrong and what he has done in away I can understand. You can’t beat the pricing! Shannon, the owner, and Gage, his awesome son, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my 25 year old air conditioner. After their numerous trips back and forth adding more and more Freon, I decided to purchase a new Comfort Maker Air Conditioner. It is working great! We met the owner through a home warranty and got back in touch 6 months after the quote. His attitude throughout the process was extremely polite, helpful, and he was very informative. You can tell he doesn't like to bring bad news, but he definitely will provide you a solution and he will follow through. He is hardworking and got the job done quickly.

Shannon and his son installed an inside and outside unit for us today. He got here on time, finished early and was very professional in his manner and his work shows experience and quality!
We are very happy with his service and our new air too.

I had a leak going from my A/C unit into my drip pan and called my Home Warranty company. The warranty company sent out Shannon from Prestige Heating & Air. He immediately knew the problem as soon as I told him the symptoms and he quickly fixed the situation.
NOTE: I recently heard that some HVAC companies offer a service plan and decided to questioned Shannon about it. He explained what services he offers and the price. He did this without pressuring me to buy it. I've had my fair share of experiences with HVAC technicians.....this was the first time that it didn't cost me over $500 for a repair. Thank you for your honesty and quick work. I would recommend Prestige to anyone in need of HVAC services because I know who I'm calling when I have my next HVAC issue.
