These are THE BEST guys to help you. I've been without AC for months but Shannon went above and beyond to get my AC on. I swear there's no one better. It seems there's a big lack of professionalism and pride in a lot of service industry businesses in town....but with Prestige... well they are the GOLD STANDARD.

Previously used prestige in winter when my system wouldn't come on. Speedy and timely service. Had me up and running in no time. And also at very affordable pricing. Came back to them recently to get new system installed. Great Communication letting me know where everything stood and when would be on the job. Installed new system with completely redoing my duct work in record time. System is running great. Couldn't be happier. They will be my go to for all my HVAC needs!! Can't recommend enough!

I would highly recommend Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning for any repair or install work. Our AC went out in the middle of August. Trent and the guys were able to get right to it. Best service ever. My 26 year old unit went out and Shannon replaced it and installed a new one quicker than I thought it would take. He even offered to bring me a portable air conditioner until he could get out to put in my new unit. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. I will continue to use Prestige for any further heating and cooling issues in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

Shannon came to my rescue twice on my old unit. When I contacted him to install a new unit he gave me a fair quote and installed the new unit in a timeframe that worked for me. We couldn't be happier with the new unit Shannon installed for us in April 2020. Shannon was quick to respond to an online inquiry for a quote. He provided us with quotes we requested for single stage units at 14 and 16 SEER and a variable speed unit. We ended up getting a variable stage unit, which was a little more expensive, but was much less that the quotes we got from 4 other companies. I was impressed with his thoroughness in the initial visit for the estimate. He made suggestions for our situation that none of the others who gave us estimates mentioned. He was very neat and did an excellent job installing our unit. He even leveled the cement slab that the condenser sits on for us. I highly recommend Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning! I am very impressed with Shannon's performance, expertise, and quality of work. After obtaining three (3) quotes from separate companies, I chose Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning. On 01/14/2020, Shannon removed my old unit and installed a new heat pump system, along with duct replacement in a single day. I had Prestige install central heat and air in my c.1960 . Shannon and Jeff were professional. They were quick, doing what I thought would take weeks in a few days, with very little disruption to our daily lives. This is the HVAC company you want. I recommend them.
