The service provider was awesome, but he had to call the office and had the phone on speaker. He was speaking to a guy named Rick and he was cursing very loudly where I could hear him. When I asked him who he was speaking to, he said my boss. Very unprofessional. I will never use their service again.

A few years back our AC unit had to be replace. It was still under warranty at that time. However issues never resolved concerning cooling in the back 3 bedrooms. This was at least 3 years ago.
The tech was not willing to get into the attic and resolve issue.
Last week system quit working. I called RES and they sent out a young man named Bredain. He fixed the initial problems involved and climbed into the attic with 100 degree temperatures outside. He is in process of resolving issue of reason why back 3 bedrooms not cooling.
He explained to me reason why and it became more clear to me.
I would prefer to have him and his lady helper out on every service call. He never hesitates to explain or jump on an issue.
Polite and well spoken. The young lady training with him will make excellent employee.

It was time to replace my 20+ year old A/C units in my home. RES installed 2 energy efficient star rated variable speed Daiking, A/C & Heating units in my home. The installation crew was on time and very professional. Could not be happier with the end results, more specifically is how these units manage the air quality and humidity for the entire house. The 12 year warranty (Parts & Labor) is the best in the industry. The 5 ton and 2 ton Daiking variable speed units have a 20+ SEER rating and are made in Houston, Texas. Energy efficient savings and a great investment for the long term.

I have the bronze service plan with RES and I have been well pleased with the bi-annual checks and cleanings. All the technicians I’ve met have been knowledgeable, professional and courteous, but Dakota has impressed me the most. I called another company last year and the tech looked at my unit and told me I needed a new fan motor assembly. Being a good judge of character and a handy man myself, I called RES for a second opinion. They sent Dakota and he found the problem in just a few minutes. It was incorrect wiring from when the unit was installed 10 years prior, by another company. He switched the wires and our system has been working great ever since. He came today for scheduled maintenance and changed the filter, disassembled, cleaned and re-installed the blower and motor and checked the entire system inside and out. I was given an information pamphlet about a cold plasma purifier but it wasn’t a pushy sales pitch, just good information on how to better clean the air in our home. I really appreciate a stand up business in this day and age, and I have to say RES and Dakota in particular have exceeded my expectations.

Have been dealing with the company for at least 5 years now. Very pleased with their services and personnel. Courteous, friendly, responsive and fair. Motor in our central system died on a Saturday. Even with going through the answering service, technician on call spoke with me within a half hour and arrived onsite when predicted. RES does good work and offers multiple payment options. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the work that was done. My entire system was changed out so it did take several days to remove the old system and install all new equipment including duct work but the install crew was very helpful and courteous whenever I had a question and was very conciderate in being as quiet as possible considering I was working nights and sleeping at home during the day almost the entire time the job was going on.

The maintenance man showed up three hours late. He stopped at the house next door and was working on their unit, she did not have an appointment. Don't understand that..or why she would allow it. Our unit was in good condition no problems. Charged us a bit more than was expected.. Not real happy with that.

I had a plugged AC drain and called RES on a Sunday, holiday weekend. Dakota was at my house within an hour of the call, I live out of town, and very quickly resolved my problem. A very courtious and informative young man, I would highly recommend this company to anyone having AC problems!
