The website says they open at 7:30 am. But in reality they open at 8:00 am, and I find that to be slovenly lazy and inefficient.

I would give a 5 but will give 3 star mostly on customer care and feel of unwelcome and never greeted.. Not sure who the somewhat heavy-set guy working the front register was but he sure did appear not to be in a good bright mood.. as anyone would call an incur of poor customer care...as he appeared to be rude I asked a couple questions on how he was doing based on his unfriendly business oriented attitude..he replies, " how do you think I'm doing on a day after Thanksgiving holiday?" I told him that I appreciate his business either way.

Gemaire always has the parts we need. The counter woman, Samantha, is always pleasant and helpful. Glover, has a great understanding of product knowledge. There are several product displays which is helpful as well.

Friendly employees, knowledgeable on the products and always willing to help
