Mike is professional, polite, and know his stuff. He explained the work he was going to do, gave precise estimates on the time it would take, then completed the work on time. He explained the measurement results clearly, then made a thoughtful and reasonable recommendation. Furthermore, he cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Very impressive.
