In about an hour or less, our two-zone HVAC system was inspected, repaired, and back to work. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite, and answered all of my questions. Top notch.

I left a voice mail message and received a call-back within 15 mins and scheduled a appointment with reasonable time frame. What impressed me the most was his professionalism, and honesty. He quickly identified the problem with my A/C unit, resolve the issue and at a super reasonable rate.

As we had to wait for a part, they brought us a portable AC unit free of cost to help us through the hot weather. 100% Approved!!

First, I will start by saying I live with and take care of my 84 yr old handicap mom. Who was in the hospital and did to be released on Tues Dec 10th, Monday evening Dec 9th, my furnace stop working. Tues a.m I called Bryers to schedule a service call in order to get furnace fixed before picking up my mom. (Did I mention this was the coldest few days yet this year) time scheduled was between 2:30 - 4. The techs arrived around 4:30. They took a look at furnace said there was nothing they could do, (waived my 125.00 ser charge) that they would have to send out installers to look at it they would call first. Moms home from hospital with no heat. Wednesday comes no calls no show. Called Bryers asked what was going on, man didnt understand what happened said they would send someone out they would call first. Thursday still no call mo show. So I called again female on phone was very apologetic noted my info and said I should hear from someone. Needless to say its Monday Dec 16th and I still have not heard from anyone from Bryers Heating and Cooling. I did get my furnace fixed had to call another company. Cost me $25 service charge...ALL I NEEDED WAS A TUBE CLEANED OUT AND A $82.00 IGNITOR I PURCHASED FROM UNITED REF. And it ourselves. So no will I not recommend your company nor ever use your company again. Service tech's either fo not know what they are doing or was trying to take advantage of a old woman and her daughter by saying they needed a NEW FURNACE. REGARDLESS BAD BUSINESS

Excellent service from Bryer Heating and Cooling- needed a new furnace since the current one was noisy -I called them on Thursday afternoon and they got it replaced in the morning the next day- very quick, clean and efficient - they also had my air conditioner fixed and everything working marvelously. Highly recommended.
