Arturo was great to work with!! He called as soon as I put in the request and kept me posted on his arrival time. As soon as he arrived he started diagnosing the unit and explained the entire process to me. He walk me through our system and showed me what to look for and helped me understand our system. We have used many other companies and no one ever showed me what and why it’s not working . He also took pictures of everything and sent them to me. Keep up the good work!! Art sold us Stellar Air from the moment he walked in. He was very honest, very upfront, and explained everything in great detail. The HVAC company that installed our unit left us high and dry and it may have been the best thing that could have happened. We will be turning to Stellar for all things HVAC from here on.

Stellar Air technician Arturo called when he was on his way….and actually earlier than the appointment time. He was thorough with his knowledge of the repairs needed and actually showed and explained the problems. Art went above and beyond, he took the time to explain to us everything he was completing. In today's society it's good to have such outstanding customer service. His knowledge and time he took to make sure we understood was absolutely appreciated. Working in 100° heat you would think he would have rushed the job, but he really took his time. He made is feel like we were his only customer because his attention was focused on our project only.
