We are very happy with the service provided by Strittmatters. Chase was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He attended to the issue efficiently and resolved our issue Stritmatters charges are also very reasonable.

Jacob arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. He explained their maintenance program to me and went to work on the HVAC systems. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and the costs involved. Fees were reasonable and I have signed up for their maintenance program. In all, a very good experience.

Adam and Chris were great. They helped us find a leak and repair it. I would have given 5 stars, but it took them 3 visits to actually find the leak and repair it. I will say we thought it was a foundation leak at first but finally found the pipe w a hole. Adam kept me informed at all times and gave courtesy calls prior to his arrivals.

Adam Dennis is a great person to work with. Not only is he prompt and respectful of the surroundings, but he is eager to share knowledge with interested patrons. A question has never gone unanswered and too many questions is never too many with him. Adam is clearly interested in what is best for me not what's best for Strittmatter, and that is why I highly recommend him.

Cory and team installed a new HVAC system and removed the old one. Cory was great and let me know as things progressed and very patient when I had questions. Initial thoughts are a job very well done.

This company has always done right by us!! Came out for an emergency on a weekend - and NO emergency/weekend fee!!! Same as what would be. charged normally. They have always gotten us in asap for our issues!! We cannot thank them enough!!!
