Chase Carrell was the best service person I have ever dealt with. I come away from the repair feeling like Strittmatter is completely dependable and honest. I have used other A/C companies and I didn't come away feeling like they did me any favors. I would like to thank Chase and the others at Strittmatter for the awesome service they gave me today.

Jeff (Morgan?) was very professional and diagnosed my problem immediately. What I love about this company is they are not trying to sell you anything. The first time they came out, I had solved the problem before they arrived and they didn't fabricate an issue that didn't exist to charge me. They simply tested and said the problem was solved, how to make sure it didn't happen again.
The most recent time, Jeff did the same high quality of service. Was on time, called before hand and spent time to check everything thoroughly.
