I just recently purchased a old home. 1972. I was referred to Prime Hvac from a friend. And was quoted a pretty fair price. These guys replaced my ducts and added a vent in my home. Repaired my coil and the plenum and even helped me setup my new thermostat. In a timely manner. Friendly people for sure. Took all the trash with them and left absolutely no mess behind. My house cools perfect and heats great. They made more space in the attic for more storage by the way they setup the new ducts. They answered all my questions and taught me a thing or two to be more knowledgeable on the whole system. No complaints no issues at all.

I just got caught off guard with my AC quitting right in the middle off summer. It turned out previous owner changed the outside unit but not the air handler…long story short considering all facts it was time for all new system upgrade, which is not cheap. Although spending this kind of money is a stress in itself but above all the most stressful part was finding the right person/company that will do the job correctly. Thankfully I got to meet Juan after looking around and having one technician come out before him. When Juan came out and we started chatting, it didn’t take long for me to say bingo. I mean from start it was very easy to connect and communicate with Juan. He was honest, very knowledgeable at what he does. I was very happy before even the job was started just from our conversation. Juan did not just come out and said you have 4 ton unit so I’ll get you the same unit and gave me a ridiculous price as the first tech did, instead he explained to me how my existing unit was oversized for the size of my house, he inspected my ducts which in fact I knew were trash… and so on. It was Saturday evening when Juan came to my house so he scheduled the work for Monday morning. He came on time and finished same day. He gave me a very good price for all AC work and duct work. I have never been happy when having job done by someone and it’s my first writing a review. Job was done neatly no trash left behind. He even went beyond and applied seal around possible air leaking openings. I can go on but just WOW. I will recommend Juan to anyone a 110%.

Juan & Jesus were absolutely amazing!! Installed a whole new hvac unit, replaced ducts & vents and cleaned up after finishing. Literally finished work all in same day!! Appreciate them so much. Would refer to everyone!!

Moved and a few months later the AC unit gave out Juan & his crew took care of us with some custom work and got us out of the heat. Great quality work!
