Very professional, friendly and did a great job replace my ac a few years ago. He saved me money compared to other bids. Last year had a/c quit. Called Arrow... He was here quickly. Dumb me did not check inside circuit breakers. He traced it quickly. Recommend anytime.

We have used Arrow A/C for a few years. We have two units and he's done maintenance on both, replaced a condenser and recently, lightning struck one unit and had to have it replaced. He's even worked on A/C in our travel trailer. He and his team have always been friendly and professional. Reasonably priced -- I recommend him.

Don't call this guy! He doesn't back his work or the product he installs. (Trane A/C). I had a warranty problem and he wouldn't even call me back. He told me that anyone else who installs Trane A/C would honor the warranty. He passed the buck! I spent a lot of money with this guy. Don't think I should've been treated like that.

I called yesterday and he came today on time and on a Saturday! He found the problem IMMEDIATELY and fixed on spot! In less than an hour we have cold cold air again! Thank you guys so much for everything!
