We switched to Thompsons several years ago when our heating unit went kapoot on a Friday night. (of course) They were out the next day and took care of the issue and we have been a loyal customer ever since.

Came on time our heat/air had been out for sometime, we were using window unit afraid what the cost would be to have some one come out, Thompson's found the problem in few minutes was able to get our unit running again for under $100 he was our heating/air Hero
