Ron was very knowledgeable installed a new drain pan the old one had rust and leaked. Flushed the drain which was the cause of the problem. Their prices are fair and they offer military discount as a veteran I appreciate that. I highly recommend them. They service N Fort Worth and the surrounding cities.

Ron did a great job diagnosing and fixing our heater. Easy to book with him, great text follow up and communication. I would definitely use him again.

Randy explained everything to me and let me see what he was talking about. My A/C unit had frozen due to lack of freon. He had to let it thaw out before he could finish, but told me if it thawed by evening he’d come back and finish the job. He checked with me several times to see if it had thawed completely, and how I would know. Once we knew it was thawed out, he came even though it was after 8 PM because he knew it was very hot in my home. He fixed the problem, explained what could have caused the freon to escape, how I would know if there was still a leak, and what would probably be necessary then. But for now my A/C is working great again!! Thanks so much Randy!!

My AC unit was frozen up last night. Ron came out late at night and fixed it really fast. I thought it would be an expensive repair but all I needed was a tune up. My system runs like new. Very honest. Thank you again! I highly recommend these guys.

AC wasn't working during labor day weekend. Called and the owner came out that same afternoon (Saturday) and told us that the motor was not working. Unfortunately, since it was labor day weekend York AC part store was closed. The owner came back Tuesday morning. Took the old motor out and took it to a York part store to have fixed/replaced. Fortunately, the motor was still under warranty. The labor cost was manageable but the best part was the prompt service and quick response by the owner.

Seal Is the best! My house was over 80 degrees! They came immediately! My unit had a dead capacitor. Fixed immediately! Great, great, great service! Everything so well explained and discussed! Loves dogs, too! Wish all services were like this!

I am very impressed with the service, Kyle was over an hour earlier to the appointment which is wonderful!! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Within 15 minutes the AC was fixed and cooling the house again. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

I had Seal HVAC come and clean my cool and replace the drip pan. Amazing job! They went the extra mile and fixed some other issues and my air handler is working like brand new.
