Cesar does a good job with my air conditioner and heater. Very courteous very professional. Hopefully he’ll bring me a filter he offered to get me one. Apparently the filters that I was using are not of the good quality. Thank you

This company did AMAZING. For several weeks I had tried to work with different companies. Strauss was the only company that didn’t leave me waiting for an estimate and they were able to get my refrigerated air system replaced the same week. Not only were they professional and punctual. But they had the best pricing out of the many companies I contacted. I appreciated that they contacted me right away and didn’t leave me waiting. I will be using them always.

Cesar, is a true professional. Very honest individual. I called back because my heater was turning on and off so he came back to look at it. He identified the issue and fixed it at no additional charge. Very happy with the service. I will use them again

Excellent service and quality installation of a split Rheem system with 2-stage heater as part of a swamp cooler to refrigerated air conversion. Cesar Strauss and his crew were highly professional, reliable, and exceeded all of our (already high) expectations. They completed the required work promptly, with attention to detail, and left our home clean and orderly. Prices were fair and reasonable. I can't be more grateful that Ceaser, came out twice and and figured out what the problem was and got it fixed and going. Hands down to him for not only working by himself but being here to get my house cool again. The part that shows alot of dedication is that he finished the job and leaving here after 9 pm. thank you so much ceaser!

Call out for an AC problem, changed a filter and told us that there was a small vent for one of our sections of the home didnt get much more than that, the AC still would not work, called out another HVAC Maintenance company and they said that it was short 4LB of coolant then preceded to fix it, would have liked a little more indepth look at the system. We were given some good information on the actually unit from this company, just didn't get the full diagnosis.

Cesar Strauss has always been very professional, efficient and good at his job. I have been using their services for a long time and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this company. They also do plumbing!

No call , no show 2nd attempt. Unprofessional to not notify a client in advance of not conducting service without notice. My wife and I waited two hours for him and he never showed up or contacted to cancel. Not taking clients seriously and it’s not my job to remind him he has a scheduled appointment. Waste of time. Seek elsewhere.

Needed an emergency replacement for our leaking condensate line, and Caesar was out to us in a little over an hour. Had us fixed and able to turn our air back on within an hour!

My fault for not going with a well known company. The offer I got from the known company was going to be 2,000.00 more and went with this company cause I believed them when they told me I didn't need new vents. Now half of my house is cold and the other hot. When I called them about this, Cesar said he would call and come take care of it. He never called, I called, no answer. Just go with companies like Empire. My friend did and she has no issues. I should've listened to the guy who quoted me 2000.00 more, at least my whole house would be cool right now.
