Tried calling for two days to get part availability. No answer, no voicemail available, no way to speak with anyone there.

What a hassle to dial the extension for someone to pick up the phone. It keeps saying no matches found. You lost a sale here for sure

I called on Thursday morning April 9th. I was promptly asked to hold. I was on hold for 39 minutes. Their message about “thank you for calling Hercules Industries....we know your time is valuable.....we thank you for waiting patiently”. This was the worst customer services I’ve received in quite some time. I hung up and called a competitor. Never again will I do business with Hercules formerly known as Passage which by the way provided better service.

Cooling and heating supplies are priced lower than the big chains. There's a queue most of the time since contractors hit this place up for all their needs. There's a "take-a-number" system in place so the price savings is all worth it. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, ALWAYS.

Every time I call for parts I'm on hold then, when someone does answer it's only to put me on hold again only to be on hold for 15-20 min and then they hang up. This in not just a one time deal it happens often then I call back and the lady that answers say I'm sorry it's cause they are busy like if that justifys them hanging up on customers

Great experience at Hercules Industries. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very compliant with the COVID safety. So if you go, make suryou have your mask.

Great store for the do it yourself people, good selection of products and knowledgeable staff, they can help you on your projects, repairs, have decent prices.

Passage Supply is very responsive for contractor-oriented business. Although I obviously don't look like a construction dude, the staff was helpful and quick to give what I needed. I'll be buying from them again.
