I was really pleased at the level of professionalism showed by every member of the EcoLiving team. If you are thinking about switching to refrigerated air you are not going to find other company (believe me I looked) that provides the necessary permits and has such a good customer service as EcoLiving. They also offer labor warranty, so should any problem arise you will have someone there taking care of it in no time. They are extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The process started early and was done in about 4-5 hours. They also have all the equipment packaged, so you know you are getting new components. They take care of the new electrical installation to be made. At the end they ask if you have any questions and hand you the warranties to register your new equipment.

We converted from evaporated air to HVAC. It has been a very poor experience with this organization. Starting with the written contract which took them 3x just to get my address correct. We did not haggle the price. We accepted the terms and paid In full. Yes, the sales rep was a nice guy but that doesn’t get the job done. They did a horrific job inside where the furnace was. The dry wall work was a joke to say the least. We started this project in late June and we just got them back in last week to repair their damages and unprofessional workmanship done. Monday 7/18/22 they will be back to finally put in the last register. We are by the book and believed that’s how they worked,NOT. There is a lack of communication from sales ,management,quality and installers. For those that had a great experience,kudos. I will not be recommended eco-living llc to anyone. Where can I post pics of their work? You will see our disappointment and factual visual.

Jessica Rivera and Eco living were very helpful to us. We recently installed our A/C and they were very helpful. They even follow up with you to make sure everything is going great with the system and of there is any issues they're very helpful.

I called to get a quote. Had an appointment at 6 and Jessica didn't get there till about 8. Went ahead and scheduled to get refrigerated air the next day. Jessica said they'd be done before I got home from work. I get home and they're still working on it. My kids had been home all day and they had been without electricity for about an hour before I got home. The electricians leave and about 30 minutes later the ac guy gets there. The ac tech leaves about 9 o'clock that night without being able to turn my ac on. He stated that the unit didn't have refrigerant and would be by the next morning around 9-10 with the part. I was left with no ac all night. The next morning nobody shows up. I texted Jessica and explained everything to her. She was able to get 2 portable ac's for my house until they dealt with my ac. After that I hadn't heard from anyone until I had to text Jessica for an update. She tells me that some guy Kevin will contact me for the update(which made me feel like she didn't want to deal with me). Kevin calls me to tell me that he's working on getting the whole unit replaced and that they will be by on Friday to replace the unit and to patch up the hole that was made in my son's room. Friday came and unit was replaced and the hole was somewhat patched up. The guys said the would be back to finish it because it needed to dry. My daughter was told that Jessica would be by to help register the new unit. Jessica texted me to ask how the new unit was working. I told her the ac was working great and I asked about the guys coming back to finish the patch work. She said Kevin informed her that the guys would be there on Monday (no time given) to finish up. It's already Sunday and nobody has come by to finish the patch work. Jessica texted me on Wednesday to see how everything is working, but I'm just done. Why do I have to tell them that they're staff didn't show up after I was told they would be here Monday? I guess once they make the sale you don't matter.

Overall I was very pleased with the service I got from EcoLiving. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Victor was the one who contacted me then Jessica (the consultant) took over. Both of them were very professional and I am happy with the installation. Everything was done in no time and now me and my family are enjoying refrigerated air at its finest.
Definately would recommend EcoLiving.
