We will be there between the hours of 8am and 12pm. Showed up at 12:30pm. Disassembled my AC unit and said they'd be back the following day to repair it. Waited all day, nobody showed. Then they took a four day weekend and said they wouldn't be able to come back for another couple days. Very unprofessional, poor communication.

Eddie from E2 services was awesome. Even though he was busy and the nba playoffs were on, he had the time to still come late and fix my air conditioner. Eddie was honest that it was an easy fix and charged me reasonably. And not like other businesses in El Paso, he was able to communicate and was on time. Great customer service. 5 stars! For E2 services!

Will be making sure no one, family, friend, or stranger will be using your services. Unethical, rude, and incompetent can't even begin to describe the horrible service your company provides. Very sad to think a company​ would treat customers the way your company does. Techs should show up ON TIME. Techs shouldn't get to pick and choose if they want to go to a house of a paying customer, or just skip out.

I've always had a great experience with them. They are always professional and courteous everytime i call. The office staff are really friendly. The prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you!

Came out three times never got the problem solved said they needed to order another part, never heard from them agaon, called repeatedly wont return my calls.

Bad company practice. They were hired by Samsung to fix a recall on my washer and they came to my home and told me they didn't have the kit to fix it. Made me sign for the completion of the service call and told me they would get back to me when they get the kit. Followed up with them and told me they didn't know when they would be receiving the kit. They knew ahead they needed a kit but still went ahead and sent a technician.

I called e square ac company and got a voice message saying that they are the best heating and cooling company in el paso. I highly disagree the best heating and cooling company has after hours service specially in the cooling season DONT call e square. SHAME ON YOU you are not the best. 😧

Amazing customer service, very informed on heating & cooling and an amazing and professional job done on installation! Would recommend their service to any and everyone for all future installs or service calls.

I am so glad that they came to help I felt like I was getting nowhere with the other companies and I am so thankful for them being professional and doing their job. I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. I would give them 10 Stars if I could
