Carlos is just a call away. I called him on 4/20/2023 at 6 p.m. Said he would come over around 1 p.m. the next day. He showed up at 10 a.m. Turned out it was nothing serious thank god but he took care of the problem right away. His work is exemplary and his prices are fair. He is a great trustworthy gentleman. We will remain loyal customers.

Carlos and his crew are just great. I was out of town when the house sitter called me telling me that the air conditioner stopped working and so I contacted Carlos and he was able to fix the problem the very next day. Very prompt and professional.

Emailed the company at 7:30 am and received a response at 7:41. Came to the house at around 9:00 am and repaired my a/c. The house is cooling.

if all things in my life went as smooth as the transaction I had with Cool Aid, life would be exquisite. The crew that showed up to my house was attentive and informative. My system was on its last legs and was completely replaced. The price was a market fair price. The crew arrived on time and provided me the paperwork that was necessary for warranty. Our AC unit started to go in the fall, which didn't feel much like a priority as the temps were getting cooler, but now that it's April, it's already back up near a 100 degrees, and I knew something had to get done.
Back in October, I reached out to several HVAC companies for quotes on our AC--which was installed in 1974. I'm not even joking. So anyway, when it came time to make a decision, Carlos at Cool-Aid was the best choice I could have made. I texted him on a Friday afternoon, and it was installed the very next morning--on a Saturday.
Everyone on the crew was kind and quick, and by the afternoon, my house was cool again.

Not a day hasn't gone by when we haven't said how glad we were to go with your company.

Called Carlos at 7:10 am. Said I needed AC repair. Not blowing cool air. Carlos said he could be there between 1:30 and 3pm. I said I would be waiting. At 11:30 he calls and says he can be there in a hour. 45 minutes later he arrives. Does a quick trouble shoot, allows me to see his meter and says it is the capacitor. Arrival time to finish with cool air blowing 15 minutes. I told Carlos there were two reasons I picked his company. 1 I like to keep my money in my community supporting the small businessman. 2 the number of positive reviews. I will go to this company again should I need AC or Heating work. I will also recommend this company family and friends. Thank you Carlos.
