Carlos has been my HVHC go to for the past 5 or so years. ALWAYS on time, curteous has great guys that work with him, goes the extra mile for his customers. Have recommended him several times to friends and will continue to do so. Could not ask for a better company!

My A/C messed up this past weekend. Lucky for us, we have Carlos with Cool Aid as neighbors, so I decided to text him first thing Monday morning in hopes to catch him before he headed out for the day thinking our issue was a quick fix. Though it was not a quick fix and almost having to replace my outside unit, due to a minor setback that was overlooked on my part, Carlos saved me hundreds of dollars with the final fix. Definitely won me over for his honesty and great service...Thank you Carlos!

Fast, flexible and friendly service! Carlos was their early in the morning fixing my furnace fan so that I wouldn't go another day without a/c. Additionally, he was flexible with my schedule to replace my outside unit. Highly recommend Cool-Aid A/C Service!

Cool Aid AC/Refrigeration is great! Carlos and Raul are exceptional with what they do. You can tell the experience with how precise they are with their work. When you ask a question, they have the answer. They know their work better than any other A/C company I know. The first time I spoke to Carlos about my A/C going out he was there the same day. To tell you the least, Carlos was working with an injury today that would normally require a person to take at least 2 weeks off with this line of work. They care for their customers, clean after themselves, do the job right the 1st time, answer your questions, recommend accurate needs, and follow up with you. I recommend them to anyone with A/C unit trouble. Oh! And they take all payment types and finance! Convinience!

Carlos and his assistant were fast in installing my new ac 4ton HE system which replaced my 17 yo outdated system. Completed the installation in the timeframe given by Carlos. Very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. This new a/c is blowing cold air faster than my old, making my house reach coolness faster. And with 1 yr free labor and 10 yr parts warranty, can’t complain with that or anything else. I am very happy with my new HVAC system. We’ll see next month the difference in electricity usage.

Carlos from Cool Aid Air Conditioning was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified the problem right away and provided me with several solutions. I decided to go with with a new AC unit, which he installed while I was out at work. By the time I got back, my house was nice and cold, and the unit he recommended even saved me money on my electricity bill!!! Best A/C repairman I have hired in The Valley. He even added a temporary fix to my AC so the house wouldn’t be hot overnight while he got the machines ready for installation! Thank you Carlos!

Cool Aid came to the rescue! They came to my place the same day I called, they gave me a quote and 2 days later I had a brand new system. I was quite surprised since it has been consistently over 100 degrees for weeks and I know these folks are BUSY!! My old AC, before it died, only cooled my park model to about 80 degrees, the new one is performing much better! I'm very pleased with the responsiveness and the value that Cool Aid delivered!

Carlos is a phenomenal AC specialist. He has helped us out on several occasions and I am impressed at how quick he addresses the issue. Whenever we have needed him, he arrives within minutes.
