I had a wonderful experience with these guys! Prompt and no run around. They were at my house at the agreed upon time and finished my repairs quickly. Very professional company. I highly reccomend Morrison Heating and Air!

Morrison Heating and Air was a lifesaver for me. They were able to provide same day service while being both knowledgeable and professional. Blake was exceptional is his mannerisms and I never once felt like I was being "ripped off" like I have with other companies. Pricing was cheaper than any other company that came out to "assess the job" just to tell me that they couldn't complete the job until..... I highly recommend Morrison Heating and Air Conditioning. The word should be spread to call these guys if you want quality, excellent service. Therefore, I'm screaming THANK YOU again to Blake and Mr. John. No more dumping buckets of water for me.

Called this company because my furnace was not working. I have a carrier system so it is very difficult to diagnose and fix (past experience). The technician showed up promptly and found the issue in about two hours.

He then provided me with a breakdown of what it would take to replace the part and the cost. I gave him the go ahead and he pick up the part and had it installed in hours. The total service was completed in a day and my h vac system is now back up and running. He also serviced the AC to prepare for the Summer.

I would highly recommend these guys to home owners.

They replaced one of our church’s AC units 2 yrs. ago when the big companies weren’t available to do the job before our Sunday’s service. They are reasonably priced and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate hiring them again or recommending them.

Would absolutely recommend these guys for any ac or heating issues. We have a unit that is well past it's expected lifetime. They could have easily told us the unit was done and need a whole new system because of the age of the unit and our lack of knowledge. Instead they did everything they could to try and extend the life of our existing unit. It's been two years now and no issues whatsoever. Actually it's running fantastic. Saved us, literally, thousands of dollars. its an American family owned business that does great honest work.

If I could give this company a 0. I would... I came home on Saturday to my air not blowing cool. I called them because of their ratings and because they were close. The father I suppose is the one who came out. He was an older guy. When he came to the door I told him my name, he never told me his,(red flag!)anyway I let him do his check of the issue, he came back and told me the motor wasn't working, but I felt it was working because the air was blowing it just wasn't getting cold. So he quotes me a price and said he'll be back to do it on Monday. But when he left he left my attic open with the stairs down he left the breaker box open.and when I went outside on Sunday. He had left the door on the a.c. unit off as well. So at that point I knew I wasn't going to use them.Because he didn't leave it the way he found it. But when I did get someone to my house to fix the a.c.. they said the power cord was not there that went to the outside box. This was a piece that the company needed to look at the system. So I call Mr. MORRISON THE SAME guy who came out and I asked him about it He said he disconnected it. But he doesn't know where it is and the guy who fixed it said all he needed to do was just turn it to the off position no disconnect needed. So the guy looked for it. Didn't find it. And it cost me an extra 238 dollars in addition to the repair. Please people. Beware..ugh.. they maybe good. But I was not treated well At All

Friendly customer service from a well experienced team. Didn’t try to yodel, just solved my problem and made recommendations for future consideration given my much older a:c unit. I’ll certainly be calling them again; my home is feeling much cooler already!

I called Morrison's Hesting and Air, to assist me with my heating issuses and they came and corrected the problem. They were very informative and polite. I would definitely use their services again.

We hired this company to put in a brand new install from the electrical copper duct units etc. The vents are barely putting out air and its not as cold as it should be. They left a lot of things un finished. Had to hire another company to come look over it since they wouldnt come fix the problem. This is probably the worse i have ever been screwed over. Never again with this company.

John his son Blake and their assistant explained the value of a Trane system and they executed the work with total professionalism. They made us comfortable and I do not know of a more enthusiastic technician than John Morrison. Thanks for the great service and I'll tell everybody I know of your great work and product.
