Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Shared information in an understandable way. Prior company wanted to replace everything, AMC is willing to only replace what is broken.

Used AMC when my AC coil went out prematurely. They were lower than other local businesses and were quick to get my unit back and operational.

My AC went out at 2pm, called another company (that I have a maintenance contract with) and they couldn’t get anyone out until noon the next day. Called AMC and they routed a tech that night. Needed a new AC and AMC had one picked up the next morning and installed a couple of hours later. Two very friendly techs, a dispatcher and owner that called me back to check on how it all was going and stayed in constant communication. I will not be renewing my contract with the other company and will only use AMC from now on.

I was referred to AMC by a friend who loved them. I was told to ask for Angel and thank god I did. The organization and professionalism blows the other companies I’ve dealt with out of the water. Angel won a customer for life from me.

Last summer AMC put in a new air handler unit for a reasonable cost.

When I tried the a/c unit a couple of weeks ago it wouldn’t come on. I contacted Rob and his office called in short order to schedule an appointment.
Same day service within hours ou my call.
The problem had nothing to do with their work, but they came out found and repaired the problem at “NO” cost to me.

Have had them do the HVAC at my house for over a decade. Always do great work and Have a lot of integrity. Just repair what’s needed.

On this repair, Angel arrived on time and was able to find the problem (short in the low voltage line) and I’m back up an running in a couple hours.

I live in NC and needed a machine diagnosed in Dallas Tx. AMC was out to the job site the next day and found a problem that happened in shipping. It was a very difficult thing to figure out and this saved me from shipping a replacement machine which would have cost ALOT.
