Terry did a complete inspection of our AC system. He found an issue that past servicemen overlooked. He explained everything in detail, added the needed refrigerant, and made recommendations for enhancing the system. I will use him again and would recommend him to others!

Terry and his crew did a great job! Terry came out late and stayed till past midnight until he found the issue. He lent us his portable ac unit until he was able to fix the problem. After everything was over terry even tried to help me change my car battery. These guys are very helpful and do great work thank you.

Called due to AC not cooling suddenly and Terry showed in about 45 minutes and was able to diagnose my issue within 10-15 minutes. Gave me options and I decided on a new system. He was able to get the parts and have it installed In less than 24 hours from my initial call to him. While that's impressive, the best part of my experience was the fact that he does excellent quality of work and completed the new system adding all the bells and whistles it didn't have. Float switch...second switch...replaced all aged control wires, verified all electrical was sound....replaced all aged insulation on lines... added dampners because my original system didn't include....re-sealed all duct work....caulked the disconnect box and rain cover for the outside unit....cleaned everything...vacuumed the area he was walking through for the attic access....even replaced the light bulb in my attic with a very bright LED bulb! Top notch work and obviously is a craftsman in his trade that takes pride in doing things the right way.

Terry came out to diagnose and fix my AC the same day I reached out. Very professional and informative. AC is blowing ice cold now. Great experience working with Texcellent, will definitely keep calling them out if there are any more issues. Highly recommend!

We had a furnace installed by another company, but the work was sloppy and we started to have very high humidity levels in the house.
I contacted Texcellent after being recommended by a neighbor. Terry was able to arrive that same day to diagnose the issue. Communication was clear and the required work was thoroughly explained. They came by the following workday to start. Humidity levels are now significantly lower and the AC blows colder and smoother than before. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. I highly recommend Texcellent!

Just bought a house and was trying to move in but noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working. Tried to use the home warranty company and that was a joke. Was recommend this company by a friend and was not disappointed. Terry came out and pointed out all the issues from the installer. This was a brand new unit but obviously the company that put it didn’t know what they were doing. I wish I would’ve called Texcellent Heating & Cooling from the get go. Would’ve saved myself a lot of heartache. 10/10 would recommend.

Great communication from Terry. All employees were professional and answered all my questions. Installed new A/C which was 2/2 for house. Found issues from previous A/C installation that a different company completed and Texcellent fixed for us. Finished in time estimate that was originally given. Cleaned up everything! Helped install new app and set up. I felt they went above and beypond. System works great! Passed League City inspection with no issues.
