United Rentals don’t have any good people anymore to fix what needs to be dune. My husband was one of the best they had and he was set up from the word go over trash . He with them for almost 18 years only to be told to clean his bay before he lift for his time off and was told to get rid of trash and he did like everyone else. It was trash and he was told it was Stealing it. It’s funny how others have got away with it and never got in trouble for it. I think it was a Racial issue with management and was wanting to pay someone cheaper then what my husband was getting paid. I certainly see the numbers are falling because of non-good workers oh well what comes around goes around. One day management over there will get what they’re bargaining for. It’s just A matter of time.

Nice people, but their engine hoist that we rented did NOT work. This place is extremely expensive. You would think their equipment would be in top notch condition. The 2nd hoist was also broken. I ended up going to Deer Park rentals...been there before... also very nice people and this is the 2nd time they have helped me out when another place's equipment would not work...

I had a really had time talking with the person at United Rentals end due to the fact that they spoke very softly. I had to ask several times for them to repeat what they said and I really had no time for this delay in taking the equipment off rent. It was very frustrating.
