AC went out at 9pm. I was connected with Precision Climate through a family member. Called up and a few questions about the unit, and Ben knew right away what the problem was. I was skeptical, but he showed up and less than 15 minutes, we had AC again! He also took the time to explain how to keep the unit clean and operating properly. I will be sure to recommend his services as well as keep his number handy for future HVAC needs.
