I hired this company because it’s woman owned. They did not fail me! If anything they exceeded my expectations. They were on time and Natalie was very knowledgeable about the unit I purchased. She took the time to answer all my questions.

My heater went out the night before Christmas Eve and every place I called said they would not be able to come out to fix it until after Christmas. Natalie at Alpha Heating and Cooling was so responsive and helpful; she had the technician out the next morning. The technician was so nice and professional and repaired my heater on Christmas Eve. My A/C wasn’t working, so i called. They sent out a technician, they were on time, answered all my questions, and they were very kind. They walked me through everything in explaining what was wrong with my A/C and what they fixed. They left my air working perfectly fine that same day. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their A/C checked out or needs other services they offer.
