I was a 20 year customer of the old DunRite. This company does not deserve to use the name. I have called multiple times and have never received a call back and have never talked to a person. I canceled my appt several times via text and email and the tech still arrived. I turned him away at the door. POOR SERVICE!!!!@@
Losing your air condition and 105° temperature was no joke, but having owners like Nathan and Cherith Lindley and technicians like Carlos to serve us in our time of need made it bearable! They responded promptly, assessed the situation quickly and made their recommendations for a fix accurately! They installed quality equipment at a fair price! One thing that you can count on from this company is honesty! I really feel like they will always put the customer first! My wife Lisa and I are so grateful for this company and how they served us! We 100% wholeheartedly recommend this company if and when you have a need for them!
Misael Sr. and Misael Jr. came to repair my grandmother's AC system. They were both very respectful, and efficient. My grandmother had visitors coming over and everything was done in a timely manner and way before her guests arrived. Both of these techs have been such a great help every step of the way. If you need someone to fix your AC I would highly recommend requesting these techs!
Carlos was very professional & gave some suggestions to help keep the house cooler plus more efficient. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced & let me know the cost of everything before any work was completed. He is very knowledgeable.
We have a service agreement with Eastin Air. Called and spoke to Sara and told her our AC was not working. Carlos came out to check our system and said he couldn't fix same day, he would be back on Monday @ 8:00 am when we open. No show, no call on Monday. Called Sara and she apologized and told us that they had an emergency with another client and re-scheduled us for the next day Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no call, no show. Sara will not return my calls or messages. We will never call or use this company again! Very unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and call someone else!
Called when on way to house and arrived when estimated. Performed PM on heating system under maintainence contract. Very knowledgeable and thorough in checking our Trane system. Will return in spring to PM ac system. GREAT SERVICE!
Didn’t realize Dun Rite sold to another company. Been using them for over 20 years. New company comes in and says we need 3 new furnaces because leaking carbon monoxide. Buy them and one supposed to be replaced the next day (no heat at all in that one) and the other 2 two days later. No one shows up the next day. They do arrive with all 3 two days later. Installed all day long. At mid night 2 of our smoke detectors go off with some horrible odor and a haze. Call Dunrite the next day as we are concerned we are being poisoned. They said someone would call me. No one called. The old Dunrite WAY better customer service. Disappointed so far.
Our system was installed earlier. The visit today was to set up the thermostat. The young man who came today was knowledgable, efficient, friendly, and very helpful to us to set up the thermostat so we could get all the benefits from the thermostat.
One of our AC systems was not working. Browsed Google and saw that this company was fairly close to my home, so I gave them a try. Our home is only 5 years old, so the Three HVAC systems are in pretty good condition...plus they are top of the line. Tech told me that I needed a new Compressor & Coil or completely replace the system... plus that I needed $600 worth of Coil cleaning. Was given a quote to either replace the coil and compressor for almost $7k or replace the unit for $13-14k. Called another contractor. He quickly located a small leak at the entrance to the coil. Patched it, filled it back up with Freon and even cleaned the coil on this unit, plus the other two. Repair was less than a grand.
