I personally think this company’s technician are not properly trained or they have them to do bandaid fixes so the company makes more money. I am nine months pregnant and the a/c unit stopped working Oct.14 I called it in no one could come out until a week later then another week for the part to come in. So two weeks with no air. Now since yesterday the air has been out called it in this morning spoke to Brandy who said their systems are down and she would have to write my request down. The soonest someone could be out would be Nov16 and I don’t even know if they’ll say they need a part and have to wait another week. I have children and could have my baby any day now this is unacceptable. Lack of compassion and professionalism.

Writing about a great service received from an awesome technician named Mo. He thoroughly explained the problem I have with the AC unit and repaired it. Also educated me about things I could do in the future to avoid problems. Appreciate the service very much!

Had the pleasure of meeting TJ Johnston at my residence for repairs. He and his tech Marquis did a oustanding job with my repairs. He even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. A friend of mine is closing on a home in 2 weeks. I already told him about this company. Again, thank you TJ for your dedication.

I can’t decide if this company is more unprofessional or unorganized. Out of two service calls I requested in a year, they showed up for one(and took care of the problem). They get confused about whether the local office or corporate takes care of certain issues, and the office employees seem either untrained or unhelpful. I have experienced all of this —and have not even asked for much in service! I am very disappointed and would suggest you look at other warranty companies.

BFS Home Warranty serviced my old residence and they now service my new residence. I've never had any issues with them and they give me great customer service. I love that that all their employees are in-house too!

very rude customer service. service calls wont be addresd quickly.last 2 years their service went very bad compared to before. DO NOT SIGNUP this warranty service in DFW area.

Retraction of Previous Posting: I did receive a 2nd contract for the amount of $606.38. In the future I would ask that the company ensures only one contract with accurate pricing to avoid future confusion. Thank you.
