B&B Air and Heat

My family isn't in the cold anymore! My unit stopped working one day this winter and I found and used B & B Air and Heat, Awesome! They took ownership of the problem and came out the same day and fixed my unit! They were very nice and caring. So if you are reading this I would call B & B Air and Heat, you won't be disappointed! I Definitely Recommend Them!!!!

Hello my name is James Renfro, my A/C unit went out last week, I called everyone imaginable and each time I was told 7-10 days before someone could come out and look at my system. Then I called B&B Air and Heat Linda and Carl were spectacular, they not only set an appointment but within hours a new A/C unit was installed. Thank you B&B for being right there at the right time...you are truly amazing

Did not show up the first time. I called to find out why they didn't show up and they rescheduled me for the following day. Then again did not show up. Thanks for wasting my time!

Called them on a Saturday and they arrived exactly when they promised. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem. They even replaced the filter and inspected the furnace. We signed up for their annual service checks.

This company was fast and efficient in fixing our ac . From scheduling to contacting me when arriving at my property !

These guys have always made every effort to get out AC going, even though it's usually on the weekend, or even a Holiday weekend! Thank you B&B !!!

Services provided are great, however customer service is ABYSMAL. Never ending cycle of “I’ll call you back.” Ultimately resulted in a refund.
