Nathan came out for my service call. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My issues were fixed and I learned a lot about my HVAC system in the process. I won't be calling any other company for issues in the future.

Nathan was a tremendous help in a time of need. Our furnace went out during the first cold snap of the year. We were left without heat with a small child in a very cold house right before the Christmas season. Nathan was able to diagnose the issue and troubleshoot it for us over the phone. We now have a nice cozy warm home. Nathan's passion and expertise were evident during the entire process and we couldn't be more thankful for his help.

From the phone call to the appointment working with the company was an absolute dream . They came out to me as soon as possible and got my air conditioner running in no time .FArdin was professional , quick , and knowledgeable . I would recommend this company to everyone .

Skilled and professional Technicians with solid customer service from the front office. Quickly responded to a service call and repaired incorrect/poor workmanship by another vendor that has been stringing our company along for the last year. VERY POOR SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Called out to fix 2 of out 5 Ac units and they said they could not fix because they didn't have the experience with these certain Ac units but still insisted we pay a $900 bill. Not professional at all.

Called Jeff and got same day appointment. Enrique was professional and courteous. He explained and showed me everything he checked and fixed.

I highly recommend Air Heat North Texas for their great service for genuinely repairing Heater related issue by replacing the damaged inducer motor in reasonable price and timely manner on Jan 13 2017
