Great after-hour service and communication from Willow and Tyler. Willow was on-call and quickly set up Tyler to to address a broken HVAC on the coldest night of the year. Tyler was efficiently able to diagnose and repair the issue of a burned out wire. LogiCool will always be my first choice for any HVAC problems!

Justin, came on time and was very professional and very knowledgeable on the repair made even on a Sunday. Highly recommend!

Justin did a great job servicing my HVAC unit. I appreciated how he took the time to explain what he did, and show pictures. He cleaned out my lines, tested my system, replaced the filter, did a thorough job cleaning out my condenser, and checkout out my dehumidifier and air purifier. I also appreciated that he took the time to really answer any questions I had about my system. Justin was here for about 90 minutes making sure my system was in tip top shape.

I also appreciated how I get a text when the technician is en route. I was given a 2 hour window of when he would arrive, sure enough he came when they said he would. Very good company with attention to dentail.

Tyler was professional and explained everything very well. He was on time and kept us informed the whole time he was in our home.

Called to have my ac system worked on and repaired. I am VERY pleased with the service that I received, can’t thank them enough. They were able to get someone out to my residence within an hour. The service tech (Dennis G.) came out at the scheduled time. He was able to figure out the issue with my ac and explained and helped me understand the problem with system. He even went above and beyond to look for the part needing to be replaced and was able to track one down and get it installed same day. My experience with this company is a 5 star plus. I will definitely contact them again with any future maintenance.

Justin was amazing. He actually did our install years ago. Today our AC went out and he came in about an hours time on such short notice. He spent about an hour and cleaned up our AC system to get it working again. We really appreciate his professionalism, transparency with prices and showing us the causes etc. Highly recommend this company and highly recommend Justin!!
