Wow, this is an awesome company! They were honest and half the price of competitors. It was a pleasure to work with the Birdwell family business. I couldn't believe the customer service, it was impeccable. They listen and took the time to really check everything. I 110% would recommend this company. I thought my condenser fan was bad. Turns out it was only a capacitor that was bad. Birdwell could have easily charged me for a fan and capacitor. Nowadays honesty goes a long way in business.
