Technician showed up on time and took time to answer questions about system pressures, etc. made sure that the rest of the AC system worked properly and that the condensate drain was clear and drained freely.

Took the time to call and let me know they were on the way, which is very helpful. Showed up within the scheduled time. Very professional and helpful. Could have charged me for unnecessary repairs, but instead they were honest and explained that the system was working properly. Offered insight into improving system performance. Finally found a company that is professional, trustworthy, and respectful which is hard to find these days.

Sean and his daughter were so professional and kind. From my first conversation with Sean, he was helpful and knowledgeable about my problem. He was on time, efficient, and hard-working. He fixed my AC compressor and will be coming back to redo AC ductwork for us in the near future, after helping to assess the problem with our upstairs unit. We will always recommend Ranger AC!

I called Ranger to our home when one of our two outdoor units had stopped working and our downstairs level was no longer getting AC. Ranger responded right away, and had a technician out to do a thorough diagnostic. The tech was at the house for over an hour, and was able to give my wife and I a complete picture of everything he found in addition to what options we had.

Ultimately, the unit needed replacing and the replacement quotes from Ranger beat another highly rated local company by over 3,000 dollars. Ranger also waived the service charge for the initial visit due to the diagnosis and because they couldn't fix anything that first visit.

We had our new unit installed within the following week, and once again Ranger was very prompt and professional. No one wants to deal with having to replace an AC unit, but Ranger made it a very smooth process. We were very impressed by their honesty and hard work.

Ranger will be our #1 HVAC call from now on. I've heard it said that "if you want something done, call a Ranger." We did, and we will be.

Ranger AC and Heat is a fantastic company. I called on a Fri night. Gentleman came out to give an estimate Sat AM. By Tues we had a whole new AC system! This is a family owned business with a great sense of quality and efficiency. Fair financing too. I highly recommend.

Our ice machine went down and called our normal service people and each time they came out the issue got worse. So, I went out looking for a new company to service our Ice Machine and Ranger will now be our go to for our Ice Machine needs. Kyle was the young man, who came out for our service call. He was on time very friendly and was able to fix our machine. He even stayed long enough to make sure the machine cycled 3 times before he left. The young lady (sorry forgot her name) who answers the phones and schedules appointment very friendly and explained everything in detail as to wait was going to happen, even received text messages - Wonderful company - Thank you Ranger!

We met Sean as he was checking out a friends system yesterday. Seeing Ranger is a Veteran owned company and being a Veteran, I was already sold. He was friendly and professional and we immediately asked him for a business card so we too could use him at our home.

He arrived promptly today to check our AC system out. He was professional and friendly just the same. We all know some companies will find a problem that needs immediate repair. Sean was honest. First advised us an issue we were worried about is old damage and doesn’t need any attention. He also advised us that one of our units is old and will need to be replaced at some point. He left it at a quote and said no more.
