Ranger A/C & Refrigeration

We appreciate Ranger A/C for their responsiveness and in helping out our facility in a dire situation! They answered our call and were here in 15 minutes. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and will continue to do for us moving forward. Thank you!!

9am 5/30 I call for AC blower not working. They say they can be out 11-12 same day.
1150 5/30 they say now 2pm.
2pm guy shows up. Determines bad blower motor. Charges me $99 for service call and diagnoses. Says they will prepare an estimate and get blower motor.

Now, 2days+, 49.5 hours and I’ve heard nothing. They ghosted me. Not so bad with AC, can you imagine if dead of winter and no heat in house?

I called someone else and do not recommend these people. Everyone seems nice but very poor service/communication.

Ranger AC is amazing. I emailed them last night and they were out today. It took the techs about 10 min to figure out the problem. The tech were amazing friendly people. A true family feel.
They don’t make you feel pressured to buy or spend more than you need to fix your problems. I highly recommend them for any AC job. Amazing, amazing, amazing….

Just had Sean and his crew out to do an A/C install. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Within a few conversations, Sean had a recommendation for a new unit that wasn’t going to break the bank but provide my family with what we needed to replace a 16 year old unit. He also talked to me like I was a person and not a sale! Didn’t try to pressure me into a more expensive system when it wasn’t what we needed. Quick turn around time! Also a family and veteran owned Company! Sean, you earned a longtime customer today! Thank you sir!

Save yourself the agony and go with someone else in town who is a professional and knows how to troubleshoot. These folks way over charged me on an issue that should have been fixed on call one and not four. On call four all they did was shot gun every part in the system so of course it started working and marked up the parts double. You can get a control board on Amazon for $80.00 delivered and I was charged $165.00 for it. I get marking up parts but over 50% is un ethical. Again save your time and find another local company who cares about you and not profit.

They are incredibly professional and responsive. My AC went out about 5:30pm and within an hour a tech showed up, diagnosed and began the repairs.
Curtis was great, very knowledgeable and quick to get us taken care of.

Curtis was very courteous and professional. He spent a good hour going over my unit. Most A/C companies I've used in the past are done in 30 minutes or less. I know this is a family run business and they treat you like one of their own . Highly recommend their service.

Excellent work and communication during the job. Showed up when scheduled and got it done and looks great. Was missing a couple parts but came back the next week to finish the job. I highly recommend them to do your next project.
