Tech was on time, polite and very efficient. Reset the computer on the fridge, checked for error codes and made sure it was cooling. So far, so good.

Joel did a great job finding the required part and replacing it. Excellent communication along the way. Great job.

Oven repair- he was so nice and knowledgeable and was trying to find the best solution for us rather than trying to upsell any services. Would highly recommend

THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK. Terrible experience with Joseph, Jesse and Longhorn Appliance with our SpeedQueen washer. A week after they repaired the pump on it, it started making a loud noise which I took video evidence of until I had time to follow up with them (it was still working). They finally came back out to look at it and were able to get rid of the loud noise, but said it would likely come back, but NOT to worry because the machine was fine, fixed correctly and if we could deal with the loud noise then there were no issues. Shockingly the noise came back within a few days and was working until whatever was causing it, gave way last week jolting the machine to a stop and breaking the pump…the same part I had already paid them to fix originally. We conveniently had another repair person look at it who works on Speedqueens, who said these machines (<5yrs old) are meant to last and that whatever they did is more than likely to have caused the pump to break again…I showed him the same video I sent to them with the loud noise. In short, Longhorn Appilance replaced the pump, but caused damage elsewhere while making that repair and were unable to explain or fix what ended up breaking our machine again. They also originally acknowledged the warranty because they came back out to try to fix it, said it would fine with the noise which was not the case and now will no longer warranty less than 6 months later for the same repair…endless headaches…DO NOT USE!

They came fast as promised and fixed washer quickly. No surprises on charges as well.

Ice maker wasn’t working so Joseph came out for $100 fee (after being told $89) and told me I might need 4 different parts with each being $250-500. Insisted the manufacturer recommended I needed to replace ice maker and sensors at a minimum. Felt uncomfortable and said let’s do 1 at a time and then never heard from him again. Went to kitchen aide site and watched trouble shooting video and found out that 9 out of 10 times it’s the sensors. Lurched the on Amazon for a total of $30 and installed them myself for $10. Ice-maker starting producing ice immediately. Watch these guys, they are slippery.

Showed up on date and time as requested. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable service rep. Reviewed the problem with our double oven and what needed to be down to repair it.

Our washer would not drain. They got it taken care of the same day I called.
