Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating went above and beyond to help me with my AC repair in a expedited manner at a good price! And when I first called them after hours they brought me 2 portable Air Conditioners so that my Family and I could be comfortable for the night! We highly recommend Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating!

I called several places for quotes. We were told we needed a whole new unit, and it would cost us $10,000 for one. I knew that couldn't be right, so I called Brother's AC & Heating. Joe was so helpful and he knew based off what I was telling him was going on things didn't sound right from what we were told by the other companies. He didn't bash them, he just said "I'll have one of my guys come check you out first thing in the morning." I didn't think he literally meant first thing in the morning, but Brother's AC was knocking on my door at 8:30. I believe his name was Christian (the tech), and he was very professional. It was raining. I felt bad for him, but he went to work like it didn't bother him at all. He had a very positive attitude, and that's so important bc we are already frustrated and hot as is! He was out there maybe 30 minutes or so and came back to tell me it was my run compacitor (sp) that needed to be replaced. He said the unit is still in good condition. I just needed to clean the back of it off, he replaced that, and other then that it was is good condition! So they literally saved us over $9,000. Our out of pocket went from $10,000 (the price from the other company) to just a couple of hundred thanks to Brother's taking the time out to care! I will always recommend them!
