Brothers Air Conditioning

Brothers saved my sanity this summer! My AC went out right before the 100° weather hit, and I'm definitely not built for Texas heat. They treat their customers like family, respond quickly, and the techs are great at explaining what's going on--without making you feel like a dummy. The techs are great with dogs too!

Joe was very professional, polite and knowledgeable from the start and kept his word throughout the whole process of installing 2 new AC units. He worked with our schedule. He was very accommodating with our requests and his cost was better than anyone else in the market. The units work very well. I would recommend him and his company without any reservations and will probably have him help us in the future. I am currently at work and cannot add photos but will mention that the units look very neat and were installed in a clean organized manner.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Joe Davis by far is the BEST operations manager. This company makes me feel like my company is their only customer. Service is extremely prompt whether you reach out to them via email or phone. Their rates are very reasonable and they exceed customer service expectations. A lot of people in this industry try to take advantage of how little people know about HVAC by trying to sell you a brand new unit even if you may only need something small to be fixed for a lot cheaper. These guys helped me with my minor repair and did not upcharge me one bit. I won’t use anyone else but Brothers going forward. They were great.
