Had a service today because my ac unit was no longer blowing as strong as it should. Jose showed up and was very professional throughout the whole visit. He was able to figure out that the unit just need a deep clean & took his time to make sure every piece was thoroughly cleaned and now it’s blowing like it’s brand new! He even showed me step by step so I can do these cleanings myself in the future. 100% satisfied with the service today, thanks Jose !

Gerry was very professional and got our AC unit fixed quickly. He was friendly and did a great job. We loved how he went through and explained everything to us and answered all our questions! If we have any other problems we will definitely be requesting Gerry again!

Worked with Jonathan to get an appointment setup to install whole home humidifiers and then added their maintenance package as well. Have been very pleased with all aspects of this company, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I have called both day and night and have had someone reach back out to me in a timely fashion and has always been very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Jonathon Lofton was very professional and helpful. He did not try to upsell me on any system. I needed a new heat pump but I asked if I should replace the whole system to get the correct seer setting. He explained everything and did not push for the whole system but explained the benefits. He was very quick to text and answer phone calls even after hours and on the weekends (within seconds/minutes). I was torn between just a heat pump or going all in. He gave me several quotes and all within minutes of asking. It took me longer than needed to decide (15-16 days) but he was very patient as I asked more than my fair share of questions. He did research to determine if the system I chose was eligible for the new 2023 tax credit (I recommend asking about it). Jonathan also gave me several dates for install and it all went without a hitch. For reference I got 4 quotes from the Amarillo area and Grizzle was the best price I found between them. If you’re looking for excellent personable people and quick customer service I don’t think you could get better anywhere else. Also super happy so far with my choice. Thanks again, Jonathan.
Edit: I had to edit this review. I forgot to mention. Zach Irvin and his guys installing the whole thing. They were on time and very respectful. They got the thing done in approximately 7 hours. That includes removing the old system and installing, calibrating, testing the new one. Also cleanup.

Jose did a great job with Grizzle, called for a spring a/c service check. Checked and filled freon to correct level and checked all electrical components. Also advised me of their service plan, left the choice to us if we want to purchase.

We had a very old system that needed replacement. Jonathan at Grizzle was the first one to come out and give us a quote out of many companies. No one could compare to the attention to detail he gave us. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing and cleaned up nicely. Jonathan has checked in several times since installation. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will do so.
