I am so impressed with the prompt response & service my family received! My kiddos live with us & my grandson was born Thursday, my dryer went out on Friday. Tim contacted me on Saturday after I left a message. Very polite & courteous. My dryer was fixed & in operation by lunch on Monday! So impressed! Highly recommend!

I have been using A-Accurate for years and have always trusted Roger's ability to diagnose and repair every appliance over the years. I was extremely happy to see Roger's son, Tim is helping take over his business. Tim came to repair my oven yesterday. He went over and beyond to help me with my issue, I will always call A-Accurate first for appliance repairs!!!

Tim was awesome. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Had my washer up and running in 20 min. I highly recommend A-Accurate appliance repair for all your repair needs. 5 stars for sure

I have been using Roger for many years and I have never had one complaint about his service. He is prompt, courteous, never leaves a mess, and advises me the best options on the repair. His son, Tim , is just like his Dad and it is a pleasure doing business with both of them!

Dryer went out on Thursday. I called to set up an appointment with A-Accurate Appliance Thursday to repair my dryer on Friday between 4-7 PM.. A-Accurate Appliance stated there would be a $30.00 cancelation fee if I canceled the appointment and I excepted their terms. A Friday morning call stated they canceled my appointment due to lack of Techs and wanted me to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled on Friday afternoon for Monday between 2-5 PM. On Monday morning again A-Accurate Appliance canceled due to no tech available to service my dryer. They DID NOT PAY me a $30.00 cancelation fee as they requested. If they demand a cancelation fee for their time why don't they consider my time?
I will never use this company and would not refer them to anyone either.

Had him come by and repair a dryer, washer, ice maker, and wine cooler. They showed up when they said they would and fixed everything but the washer. Gave me good advice that it wasn’t worth what it would cost in parts. Very happy and we’ll definitely call them again

The A-Accurate Appliance team was incredibly helpful when installing our new appliances! They truly went above and beyond when taking care of us! We highly recommend them!

These guys are wonderful, nice and professional! They came in and made sure my plumbing and electrical was correct before they install a new range and vent hood! Highly recommend!!

Great company!!! Best part is the options Tim has to offer on repairs all the way up to replacing the unit! Lucky mine was repairable.
