I was very impressed by the workmanship and quality of our new HVAC unit. The installation was done very professionally by Gio and Luis. I was very impressed by Joe, the owner of the business who would promptly respond to my texts and phone calls. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has any Heating and Cooling issues.

We requested a second opinion of our AC issues through Cruz and now will only be going to them for any further maintenance! They were able to come within the hour to diagnose and had it repaired within an hour as well. They were very honest about repairs (and able to explain in a way we understood) and we were able to save hundreds of dollars because of their second opinion.

These guys are awesome. Arrived to my house in less than an hour of call. I had issues with my unit on a Sunday, called another repair company. They quoted me 1400+. These guys came and trouble shooted my hvac system and actually found the issue and the repairs were less than 400. My A/C is working like new. They cleaned and maintenance my hvac unit as well. Glad I called them and highly recommend

My heater stopped working, and one company said they had to change the furnace. My neighbor recommended Cruzs Heating & Cooling. The owner Joe sent his techs the same day I called, and they changed the motor instead of the furnace for much lower price. Very professional and very patient.

Jose and his crew are AMAZING! I no longer live in El Paso, but when my parents heater broke and they could not find any help to get it fixed, I found Cruz's Heating and Cooling and will be a customer for as long as my parents need service. I called Mr. Cruz in the morning on a Thursday and by Thursday afternoon the heater was fixed. This type of service is hard to find and I am incredibly thankful considering that my parents are elderly and sickly. My dad had just gotten released from the hospital and he said once the heater was fixed, his health improved greatly. I am so thankful to Mr. Cruz and his crew.
