I became a homeowner in 2020 and had to completely replace my AC/Heater unit. Knowing nothing about HVAC, my home warranty sent out Joe and his guys and I've been working with them on my own ever since. Joe and his staff have been nothing but professional, helpful, friendly, and just all around great people to work with! They know me now as the cat lady when they come work on my home. They are very fair in their pricing and I'm so glad I found them. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe and his guys. Thank you for everything Joe!

We had several estimates to replace our air conditioner and heater. After speaking with Mr. Cruz various times, he thoroughly explained and answered all our concerns; therefore, we agreed on him to install the equipment. Cruz's Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job. All my concerns and questions were answered. Joe and his crew took care of my family almost immediately, it took one call on tuesday afternoon and Wednesday early afternoon the job was complete, and running better than ever. I just did business with this company for the first time. They installed a mini split in my back in laws quarters. Joe was very professional not to mention the professionalism of his work crew. Called this business on Monday evening because my ac was not cooling below 81 degrees. Mr Cruz said he would send someone out Tuesday morning around 9 and 10am. The techs Gio and Luis arrived early. Their knowledge, diagnosis of the problem was right on. They had the ac working within an hour. They were very professional and respectful. I won't post what they charged but in my humble opinion, it was very reasonable. Would call them again and highly recommend this locally owned business.

I called the owner Joe and asked if someone could come out to take a look at our airconditioner that had stopped working in the middle of summer. Within 2 hours Armando knocked at my door. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed our air, vacuumed everything out and the price was fabulously low! We are lifetime customers now and HIGHLY recommend them. You wont be sorry!
