Our upstairs A/C went out. We first called the company that has worked with us for over 7 years. They came out and told us that we needed a new outside unit and quoted us a price on a 14 SEER unit. After remembering that we have a home warranty, we contacted our home warranty company and they sent out MJ Environmental. Marcelo came out and diagnosed the problem (same as the other company did) and reported the diagnosis to our home warranty company. He quoted us a price on a larger 16 SEER unit (a price that was less than the quote on the smaller unit from our old company). Even though our home warranty company refused to pay for the new system, we ended up going with MJ Environmental to install the larger system.
Two different technicians came out and worked ALL DAY to install the new system (it was a TIGHT fit in the HVAC closet). Marcelo showed up towards the end of the installation to check that everything was working ok. He discovered a problem with a breaker and made that repair (even though it wasn't a part of the new unit) without any additional charge.
We will now be using MJ Environmental for all our HVAC needs and are using them to do the semi-annual inspection on both of our HVAC units (we have 2). We are also recommending them to anyone who asks for a recommendation.

Owner was awesome, installers were the best, Friendly, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, and Responsiveness. Air conditioner works great! I highly recommend this awesome company. I rate them the best 5 stars.

Very professional and excellent service provided on my evaporator coil replacement and technician are well trained . Excellent company and customer service was so good , they are very punctual on time and I will definitely recommend this ac service company to my friends .

I’ve used Environmental for years now in my home. However a month my AC stopped working in my office. They were on it in no time and resolved my issue promptly — at a fair price. Very comfortable at home and work now.

Marcello is absolutely the best! I can't say it enough. I had a nest which was giving me havoc, he came out and checked the entire system inside and out, not just the thermostat. The next day it repeated the same issue (which I've learned happens often with the nest) I called him and he heard my panic that it was 80 degrees + in my house, next thing I know he's at my door with a replacement thermostat (not a nest)! He didn't hesitate or try to upsell me. He explained everything and even wore shoe covers! I would highly recommend Marcello and MJ Environmental!!!

Hopefully your service is better than your drivers... A guy in a short red truck and your company magnet on the door was driving aggressively, speeding and tried to hit our front end when he cut in front of us... It was uncalled for, there was room to pass us, and we were going speed limit.
