Amazing service! When our AC went out in the middle of the night Cool Kings saved our bacon. They showed up before 8 am the next morning and had us up and running in about 30 minutes! I thought we were sunk, that there was no way we were going to be able to pay the emergency expense. Much to my delight, the repair ended up being extremely affordable. They only fixed what was necessary and informed us of future needs without pressure. #blessed

As I hear it, Corey (owner of Cool Kings) has done a ton of work in the Buda area. I told him where I lived and before I could say what the problem was, he already knew what the problem was.

Corey came to our rescue late in the afternoon after our AC had already not been working for a day or so. He was prompt in getting to the route of our problem and presented us with multiple solutions and recommendations for replacement units. After discussing our options we came to a decision later that evening, Corey was able to schedule his team to come out with new units the next day! From the time we called for an estimate to installation and a follow up, Corey and the Cool Kings crew were fast, friendly, and courteous; everything you need when you have people working in your home!

I came home from vacation to an A/C issue. I called Cory and he came as soon as he could. Got us up and running and then came back to replace our fan motor that obviously needed replacing. Prompt and dependable service from a great team! If you have a problem, call them now!

Service specialist, Kris Showers, was honest, on-time, offered various solutions and above all did not try to sell any inspection plans upfront in order to receive "discounted pricing" for work done. Honest crew. I will definitely use them again. Upon wrapping up work, I inquired if Cool Kings had an inspection plan I could purchase for future HVAC inspection and drain cleaning because I will definitely use COOL KINGS again.

Made a Monday 8a appointment with Corey for a non emergency situation with my ac. 10a now and not heard a peep from anyone. He came highly recommend to me, so I assume he does good work, but keeping appointments is important to me. I am self employed and took the morning off for this.
