Used Cool Kings a few times now and they are always here to help out when needed the most. Great people to work with and very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Had a snake crawl into my compressor unit and it took out my fan. They were quick to get a replacement and get me back up and running! Thanks Corey and Levy!

Cool Kings was responsive, thorough, and efficient while helping us deal with our AC issues. Corey took the time to explain everything to me and helped me understand all my options. They seem to want to do right by their customers rather than simply make a buck. I will definitely recommend Cool Kings to my family and friends.

Great Service! We would use this company again, for sure! Our downstairs AC went out yesterday afternoon. We called two other ac repair companies. The first one couldn't come out for two weeks and the other company didn't answer their phone. I called Cool Kings because of all the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. Melissa answered the phone right away, I explained the problem and she said they would be able to come out this afternoon! Wow! Amazing! Levi Lutrick and Gavin showed up right at the time they quoted. The capacitor had gone out on the downstairs unit. Levi had it up and running in less than 25 minutes. Levi and Gavin came inside to make sure the air was blowing, and it was. We introduced them to our Golden Retriever, Lady, who loves them. Thank you guys!

We've had our system from Cool Kings for 6+ yrs and it's been great. Levi and Colten are great for service, and Cory runs a great family owned business. I highly recommend.

Called at 7:30 am and Levi and Colton were out by 2:00 pm. Very professional, kind, courteous and expeditious. Listened patiently and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend.

Called Cool Kings Oct 25, 2022, they sent Levi out to assess the situation. Prompt, professional and friendly. As promised, Levi came out the very next day to change out the warrantied compressor. Levi did his job professionally and very personable.

The only downfall is I had asked for a senior discount, as mentioned in their website and he didn't talk much about it, nor was the assessment payment considered as part of payment when Cool Kings was hired to do the job.

Overall, would highly recommend as aforementioned, very prompt, professional and friendly.

From beginning to end this was such a great experience working with the Cool Kings team! It is a true family owed local business and they are so polite and friendly. I found out I needed a new AC in JULY, I first met with another larger company and they were just way too expensive. I found Cool Kings from the great reviews on here and I thought I'd give them a call and I am so glad I did! Corey came over the next day, gave me a fair and reasonable quote and no BS (I worked with car sales men for 8 years so I know BS when I see it). They were able to come the next day and finished the install in a little over 3 hours. If you are looking for AC install or repair I highly recommend these guys!

Levi and Gavin of Cool Kings Heating and Air are the two most professional, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly young men I've had the pleasure of meeting. Of course my AC had to go out on Sunday of 4th of July weekend! Called Cool Kings number & was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the phone on Sunday! Scheduled me for a Monday AM appointment & Levi & his co-worker Gavin actually arrived early! They quickly diagnosed the problem & had my AC cooling again in under 30 minutes! Levi was very knowledgeable & educated me about what not to do with my AC (no bleach) & was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Cool Kings and Levi & Gavin to take care of your AC emergencies! An added plus - they’ve were great with my dogs too! Thanks guys!

I have used Cool Kings any time I have needed HVAC services since moving into my house 7 years ago. This review is well overdue. They provide excellent service in a very timely manner. I had them help me with a couple of small fixes as well as installing a new AC unit. They truly are thinking from the customer's standpoint. Cory saved me money once, by suggesting I find a part on the open market. This saved me at least 300 bucks. Then he installed it. When they I needed a new unit, they had it done in about a day and beat the competitions prices by a wide margin. I would definitely recommend using Cook Kings! Chris is great as well!
