Truly disappointed. We had scheduled a day to have our heating system repaired. WE never got a call to let us know the person helping us was on his way. He got to our home and could not wait. I am sorry that both my husband and I work outside of our home and do not know when someone arrives. We were hoping this professional would have called us to let us know he was on his way. We would have been happy to be on our way ourselves to meet him there. My husband told him he was on his way, to which he stated he could not wait. We completely understand. When calling to complain and try to get another date, he did not get an apology or better service. He got another date and was scolded on how they are not allowed to wait. Again, we completely understand. My husband then went to write a review and received a message that they would no longer be helping us. Wonderful services....very professional. I hope this was simply someone's bad day. I have read some good reviews...sadly enough they just don't need our business.

We bought a home in March and purchased a home warranty program with Old Republic. Unfortunately on Monday, my AC service call was routed to another company called Texas Heat and Air. I would not recommend them if they were the last company on the face of this earth (I plan to write a review for their company if you want more details about their poor workmanship please look there).
As for Indoor Comfort, I called this morning hoping to be able to be worked in today (Friday) but being summer, probably pretty unlikely. We have been without AC since Sunday. I left a voicemail and received a call back within about 5 minutes. Vicki called me and was very sympathetic to our dealings with the other company and delighted me with news that they would be able to come out TODAY!
Unfortunately, we weren't able to be home, but my kiddo's were here and we gave them full permission to go wherever they needed as we felt so comfortable from the conversations we had had with them. Even though we didn't actually meet Roger, he was so professional and friendly. He never once made us feel like we were terrible people for actually calling them to fix our AC, HA (referencing other company). He was in communication with us when needed and finished up rather quickly. He indeed did fix the problem but I am happy to report that our AC is working even BETTER than it was before it broke! Before it broke our AC would run all day, its hot in TX, thought this was normal, well, I guess not. We have been home for roughly 4 hours now and it has kicked off at least 5 times and has perfectly maintained the 72 degree's we have it set on.
I HIGHLY recommend this company. They were such a pleasure to work with, they were quick, extremely professional, kind and actually did their work correctly! We now get to look forward to a nice ICE COLD home for the weekend. We could not be more pleased and I must say (from being a small business owner myself) they know how and what it takes to run a great company!

Roger repaired our 17+ year old AC unit several times to get us by until we could afford replacing it. When we finally were able to replace it, we shopped around, and Roger had the best price and seemed to care the most about the system he recommended.
He recommended three different options, and ultimately we picked a 4-ton 2-stage Lennox AC and furnace for us about 8 months ago. It has been working wonderfully ever since.

We had one of our AC units and all the duct work replaced by Roger and his crew. They did an amazing job. They were on time, kept the job site clean and the installation was beautiful and professional. Nothing but great things to say about this company!

My experience with Indoor Comfort has been exceptionally good. I bought an old farmhouse and updated the infastructure: new electric wiring, new double-pane windows, insulation, etc. The existing HVAC system was old and inefficient. Through a referral I contacted Indoor Comfort and I’m glad I did. I was impressed with how candid and informative Roger was. He provided several options and answered all my questions allowing me to select the right replacement system. I also have a large glassed porch that had no existing HVAC and he helped me choose the right mini-split unit for that space. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Everything, both whole-house HVAC and separate mini-split, have been running great. When I’ve had questions about system details Roger has always responded right away and persistently followed-up to ensure I was satisfied and had the information I needed. I’m a very happy Indoor Comfort customer and I recommend them to anyone looking for either a new system, system renovation, or ongoing HVAC maintenance. Great company!

Very good service. I called early Sunday morning and he Showed up exactly on time and performed work quickly. Very courteous and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the work. Would definitely recommend.
